ABERDEEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 26 February 2009, Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT purchased for cancellation 48,921 of its own Ordinary Shares at 31.5p per share.

Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 35,355,071 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
