ABERDEEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 3 August 2009, Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT purchased for cancellation 5,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 38.85p per share.

Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 35,345,071 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
