Gaithersburg, Maryland - 17 February 2021: MaxCyte (LSE: MXCT, MXCL, MXCN), the global clinical-stage cell-based therapies and life sciences company, announces that on 16 February 2021, a total of 729,200 options of common stock in the Company ("Common Stock") were granted to PDMRs who are directors or officers of the Company ("Option Grants"). In the case of the Executive Directors and other employees, Option Grants vest 12/48th of the total grant one year after date of grant, and thereafter vest 1/48th per month for 36 months after the date of grant. Option Grants for Non-Executive Directors fully vest at the end of twelve (12) months after date of grant. The Option Grants have an exercise price of £10.40 equal to the closing price of Maxcyte's stock on 16 February 2021.
