McBride plc currently has 72,145 ordinary 10 pence shares blocklisted under the
McBride 1995 Savings Related Share Option Scheme. This scheme has now closed and
as a result the blocklisting associated with it has been cancelled. No
allotments have been made under this scheme since the last Block Listing Return
was released on 29 April 2008.
