McBride plc has been informed that on 9th December 2005, notional allocations
were granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2005 Long Term Incentive Scheme
to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of the
Company as set out below. These ordinary shares will vest at the end of a three
year period depending on the achievement of performance targets set out in the
scheme, but will not require any payment from the Directors or PDMRs.
