On 12 May 2010 the Company were advised that on 12 May 2010 Christopher Bull (appointed Chief Executive Officer on 4 May 2010) purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of 188.1889 pence each.

Following this purchase Chris now holds 90,000 ordinary shares (0.05% of current issued share capital).
