On 7 September 2012 McBride plc was advised that Chris Bull has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 119.5 pence each.

Following this purchase Chris holds 300,000 ordinary shares (0.165% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 512,654 LTIPs.
