On 4 April 2014 McBride plc was advised that Iain Napier, Chairman, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 93.81 pence each.

Following this purchase Iain holds 74,807 ordinary shares in McBride plc (0.041% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)).

On 4 April 2014 McBride plc was advised that Chris Bull, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 93.75 pence each.
