McBride plc has been advised that on 22 May 2015 Rik de Vos, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 98 pence each.

Following this purchase Rik holds 20,000 ordinary shares in McBride plc (0.011% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 192,123 LTIPs.
