McBride plc confirms that on 20 September 2024 the following individuals sold ordinary shares of £0.10 each (each a "Share") in McBride plc in connection with awards which vested under the terms of the McBride plc 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan and the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan on 17 September 2024 to pay the tax:
