Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:

Jeff Nodland, Chairman, has notified the Company that on 14 November 2024 he acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a "Share") for an average price of £0.9547116 per Share.  

Following the purchase, Jeff Nodland holds an aggregate of 714,600 Shares.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
