McBride PLC ('the Company') has today been notified that Henri Talerman, a non
executive director, has today purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 1.43p per share. Following this transaction Mr Talerman's total
shareholding is 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
