As required under the terms of the above Act, Eaglet Investment Trust plc advise
that following the purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary 10p shares on 24th September
the Trust's holdings now amount to 5,834,041 Ordinary 10 shares, which represent
a holding of 3.28% of this class of capital.
