the following transactions affecting notifiable interests held by Eaglet 
Investment Trust Plc:

                        22.01.03 Sold     881,000 Ordinary 10p shares

These transactions leave the Trust's holding at 4,953,041 Ordinary 10p shares, 
which according to our records now represents a holding of less than 3% of this 
class of capital.

The shares are held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd. Account
