the Companies Act 1985, that as at close of business on 30 October 2006,
AMVESCAP PLC (AMVESCAP) and subsidiary companies on behalf of discretionary
clients were interested in 35,517,344 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 19.99% of it's issued ordinary share capital.  These are held as
