On 10 February 2012 the Company was advised that on 10 February 2012 Chris Bull  purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an average price of 125.9711 pence each.

Following this purchase Chris now holds 280,000 ordinary shares (0.156% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 512,654 LTIPs.
