Dealing by a person discharging managerial responsibility

On 15 June 2012 the Company was advised that Richard Armitage has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an average price of 109.62 pence each.

Following this purchase Richard now holds 40,000 ordinary shares (0.022% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 388,063 LTIPs.
