Board Change
McBride PLC announces today that Terry Monks, Finance Director, intends to
leave the Company by 30 September 2001 to take up a role outside McBride. In
the meantime a replacement is being sought and Terry Monks will continue his
current responsibilities.
Commenting on his decision to leave McBride, Lord Sheppard, Chairman, said '
Terry joined McBride shortly after the MBI in 1993, played an important role
in the process leading to the flotation in 1995 and has continued to
contribute to the growth and expansion of the Group. He has been offered an
exceptional opportunity outside of the Group involving wider management and
geographic responsibilities.
We thank him for his contribution and wish him well in the future.'
