Total Voting Rights

As at 22 September 2011 (being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting) McBride plc has a total issued share capital of 181,040,301 ordinary shares of 10p each, of which 1,236,684ordinary shares are held in Treasury.  Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights is 179,803,617.
