As at 13 September 2012 (being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting) McBride plc has a total issued share capital of 182,840,301 ordinary shares of 10p each, of which 726,471 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.  Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights is 182,113,830.
