As at 11 September 2013 (being the last practicable date prior to the publication of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting) McBride plc has a total issued share capital of 182,840,301 ordinary shares of 10p each, of which 630,992 ordinary shares are held as treasury shares.  Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights is 182,209,309.
