Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 March 2011 it transferred 37,974 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of meeting an SAYE option that was exercised early.
The Company now holds 387,443 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,652,858 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
