Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 16 November 2010 it transferred 3,059 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of meeting an SAYE option that was exercised early.

The Company now holds 449,751 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,590,550 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
