Transfer of shares out of Treasury

McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 20 April 2011 it transferred 6,447 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of meeting SAYE options that were exercised early.

The Company now holds 645,196 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,395,105 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
