Notice of Postponement of Annual General Meeting 2020

Further to its announcement dated 20 March 2020 the Company posted to shareholders a formal notice that the Annual General Meeting convened for 3 April 2020 will be postponed.  The notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website at www.mccollsplc.co.uk

The Board has taken the decision to postpone the AGM in light of the current situation regarding COVID-19 and public health guidance on social distancing.  The Board will notify shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable of the revised meeting date in accordance with the Company's Articles and via the Company's website and the regulatory news services.
