PMI, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, announces that it has acquired from
the Administrator of AgfaPhoto GmbH the assets of its Wholesale Lab Division,
whose principal business is the manufacture in Munich of high-volume
photo-finishing laboratories. The cash consideration totalled €9.0m (£6.1m).
