Further to the announcement of 3 December 2007, Photo-Me (PHTM.L) announces that
on Friday 7 December 2007 it was notified of the resignation as Director of
Serge Crasnianski, effective from Thursday 13 December 2007, immediately
following the conclusion of Photo-Me's next scheduled Board meeting.
