Board Change
Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the digital imaging company, announces the resignation on 31
December 2007, as a non-executive Director, of Dan David. Mr David intends to
dedicate his time fully to the management of his Italian company.
Dan David, aged 78, joined the Group in 1961. He was elected to the Board in
1968 and was executive Chairman from 1992 to 1998 and non-executive Chairman
from 1998 to 2005. He remains the Company's Life President, an honorary position
which recognises his substantial input to the expansion of the Group.
David Young, Chairman, said 'Over 46 years, 39 of which as a Director, Dan David
has made a huge contribution to the Group, in particular to its photobooth
business, of which he has an immense knowledge and understanding'.

Photo-Me's Board now comprises David Young (non-executive Chairman), Thierry
Barel (Group CEO), Jean-Luc Peurois (Group FD), plus three independent
non-executive Directors, Roger Partington, Martin Reavley and Hugo Swire.
