Board Changes
Photo-Me (PHTM.L), the digital imaging company, announces that David Young
(interim non-executive Chairman), Roger Partington (non-executive Director) and
Martin Reavley (non-executive Director) have yesterday evening notified the
Company of their resignations from the Board.
These resignations follow a request by Serge Crasnianski, who has an interest in
a 19.78% shareholding and is a former Director and Chief Executive Officer of
the Company. The Board has established that Mr. Crasnianski's request has the

The remaining Directors would like to thank the outgoing Directors for their
considerable contributions at a difficult time for Photo-Me.
Hugo Swire, a non-executive Director since June 2005, has been appointed by the
Board as interim Chairman. The Board has initiated a search for a new Chairman
and additional non-executive Directors as a strategic priority.
