                         Changes in non-executive Board

PMI, the digital imaging company, announces the appointment of Hugo Swire MP as
a non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2005, replacing David Scotland,
on his resignation.

Hugo Swire

Hugo Swire, aged 45, has been Conservative Member of Parliament for East Devon
since 2001 and is the Shadow Minister for the Arts. Outside Parliament, Mr Swire
is a consultant to Aon Limited. Prior to entering Parliament, Mr Swire served in
the Armed Forces, worked in Independent Television, was the first Head of
Development at the National Gallery and, latterly, was involved in business
development for Sothebys, London.

Welcoming Hugo Swire to the Board, PMI's Chairman, Vernon Sankey, said 'We are
delighted to have Hugo Swire join the Board. He brings to PMI considerable and
relevant experience, both in the UK and in the Far East'.

Other than as noted above, there are no details to be disclosed pursuant to
paragraphs 6.F.2. (a) to (g) of The Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

David Scotland

David Scotland was elected to the PMI Board in 2001 and is a member of the Audit
and Remuneration Committees. He is an executive Director of Allied Domecq and a
non-executive Director of Brixton and, since February 2005, Inchcape.

Vernon Sankey said 'I would like to thank David both on behalf of the Company
and personally for the tremendous contribution he has made to Photo-Me
International over the past four years. We wish him every success in the
future.'
