TRANSFER OF DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
BETWEEN NOMINEE ACCOUNTS
No change of beneficial interest
Mr Philippe Wahl, a Non-Executive Director of Photo-Me
International plc, has notified the Company that he has
arranged to have 6,773,127 shares (in which he has a
beneficial interest representing 9.43 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital) transferred for administrative
purposes only from the present nominee name Vidacos Nominees
Limited (A/C 'Bear') into a new nominee, NCB Trust Limited
(Desig: A). There is no change of beneficial interest.
