PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL plc
Exercise of options and sale of related shares by a Director
Photo-Me International (PMI) has been advised by a director, Jean-Luc Peurois,
that he has today exercised options granted in September 1998 over 250,000
Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in PMI at a cost of 74.2p per share and that he has
today also sold those shares (0.07% of the shares in issue) at 134p per share,
in part to fund the exercise of the options. Mr Peurois' interests continue to
be 207,540 Ordinary Shares (0.06% of the shares in issue), options over 250,000
Ordinary Shares exercisable at 35.33p per share between 10 January 2007 and 9
January 2011 and options over 750,000 Ordinary Shares exercisable at 18.33p per
share between 13 December 2007 and 12 December 2011.
As a result of the exercise of the options, PMI now has in issue 364,127,370
Ordinary Shares.
