NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHARE INTERESTS OF A DIRECTOR
We advise that yesterday, 20th March, a Director, Mr David William Miller,
exercised his Option (granted January 1995) to purchase 23,370 Ordinary shares
of 0.5p each under the Rules of the Company's Share Option Schemes, at a price
of 46 pence per share. Approval was given at a Board Meeting of the Company on
20th March 2000 and, accordingly, the Company's Registrars have been instructed
to allot and issue the shares.
Subsequently, Mr Miller yesterday transferred 10,000 of these shares to his
wife, who sold them at a price of £2.25 each. Mr Miller also sold the balance of
13,370 shares at a price of £2.25 each.
Mr Miller's current interest of 3,725 shares, representing 0.001 per cent of the
Company's Issued Ordinary shares, are registered in his own name.
