Notification of Interests of a Director
On 19 January 2005, Photo-Me International plc ('PMI') was advised that, on
19 January 2005, the Dan David Foundation, in which Dan David has a
non-beneficial interest, purchased 900,000 PMI 0.5p ordinary shares (0.25% of
the shares in issue) at a price of 90.25p. This takes Mr David's total interests
to 2,900,000 shares, 0.80% of PMI's total issued share capital, of which
2,000,000 shares are beneficial interests.
In its AGM Statement on 4 November 2004, PMI announced that, having fulfilled
the role for the past 12 years, Dan David, 75, will be stepping down as
Chairman, with effect from 1 February 2005. He will continue as a Non-Executive
Director.
