Cessation of notifiable interest in shares


On 24 December 2004 the company was informed that on 22 December 2004 Credit
Suisse First Boston Group ('CSFB') disposed of an interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company with the result that CSFB no longer holds a notifiable
interest in the shares in accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985.
