                              Result of AGM/Board

At this afternoon's AGM of PMI, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, all
resolutions were duly passed.

At the AGM, it was announced that Mr Hugo Swire, who was elected to the Board as
an Independent Non-executive Director on 1 June 2005, had been appointed Senior
Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit, Nomination and
Remuneration Committees.
