PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL plc
STOCK OPTIONS/TRADING UPDATE
At today's launch of the PhotoPlanet, the revolutionary
Internet-enabled photobooth being rolled out by Photo-Me in
collaboration with BT, Serge Crasnianski, Photo-Me's Chief
Executive Officer, stated:
'In order that people benefit from their endeavours and in
line with many other Internet companies, it has been decided
to extend substantially the number of executives who are
eligible for stock options this year.
Happily for PMI, not only do we have an extremely exciting
Internet-related business, operational and in development, but
we also have a substantial and solidly profitable business
based on operating photobooths from over 22,000 well-located
sites worldwide, with an immensely strong market position in
the UK, France and Japan in particular, manufacturing
photobooths and manufacturing photographic processing
equipment. 11 months of our financial year to 30 April 2000
have now elapsed and I am pleased to be able to say that the
very positive trend in trading enjoyed in recent years has
been maintained.'
