US Sales Contract
PMI, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, announces the signature of an
Exclusive Supply Agreement for digital minilabs in calendar 2006 with CVS
Pharmacy, Inc., the largest retail pharmacy in the USA, operating over 5,400
retail and speciality pharmacy stores in 36 states.
Serge Crasnianski, CEO of PMI, considers the Agreement with CVS a major step in
PMI's planned penetration into the North American minilab market, and expects
further progress in this important market. Much of the benefit will fall into
PMI's next financial year, commencing May 2006.
Grant Pill, Directory of Photography of CVS, said that CVS was looking forward
to developing a close and mutually beneficial relationship with PMI, based on
the award-winning high quality of PMI's minilabs.
