Application has been made for 27,284 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to AIM. The shares are being issued
pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's share option scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 14 December 2000.
