Application has been made for the block listing of 310,883 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Shares') under the following Company schemes:

The Shares shall be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options

issued ordinary shares. Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 19
March 2007.
