Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 162,857
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise
of options. Upon issue the Shares will rank pari passu will the Company's
existing issued ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 26 
July 2005.
