Further to the disclosure made in the offer announcement for Careforce Group plc
('Careforce') dated 5 March 2007, Mears has been informed today that Reg
Pomphrett, a non-executive director of the Company, has closed contracts for
difference over 20,000 Careforce ordinary shares at a price of 148 pence per
share.


Mr Pomphrett is no longer interested in any Careforce shares.
