DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company has received notification from Mr R B Pomphrett, a non-executive
Director of the Company, that following the registration of probate of an estate
of which he is an executor, Mr Pomphrett is deemed to have acquired a
non-beneficial interest in 462,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Shares'), representing approximately 0.79% of the Company's issued ordinary
shares.


Mr Pomphrett's beneficial holding of 200,000 Shares remains unchanged.
