DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that, following the sale on 25 April 2006
of 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') and the sale on
27 April 2006 of 25,000 Shares by the estate of a deceased shareholder ('the
Estate'), of which Mr R Pomphrett, non-executive Director of the Company is an
executor and is therefore deemed to have a non-beneficial interest, the Estate
now holds 362,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.66% of the Company's
issued ordinary shares.

Mr Pomphrett's beneficial holding of 200,000 Shares remains unchanged.
