DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company today received notification that on the 26th November 2007 Mr. Reg
Pomphrett, non-executive director, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Shares'), at a price of 238p per share.
Following this purchase Mr. Pomphrett has a total beneficial interest in
175,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.24% of the Company's issued Shares.
In addition, Mr. Pomphrett is the executor of the estate of a deceased
shareholder and is therefore deemed to have a non-beneficial interest in
200,000 Shares held by the estate, representing approximately 0.27% of the
Company's ordinary shares.
