Mears Group Plc - Director's Dealings
The Company was notified on 22nd September 2000 that on the same date
P L Molloy, a director of the Company, purchased a total of 38,000
Ordinary shares of Mears Group Plc at 31.5p per share. Following this
purchase Mr Molloy has an interest in 5,422,615 Ordinary shares
representing 10.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
