Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 19 September 2003 that on the same day Mr P L Molloy
sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 124.5 pence per
ordinary share. In addition, on 18 September 2003, Mr P L Molloy sold 100,000
ordinary shares in the Company at the same price.

Following these transactions Mr Molloy has an interest in 4,000,000 ordinary
shares representing 7.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
