Directors Shareholding

The Company was notified on 19th January 2005 that on the same day Mr Bob Holt
sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 240 pence per
ordinary share to satisfy institutional demand.

Following this transaction Mr Holt has an interest in 3,200,000 ordinary shares
representing 5.53 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
