HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification from Glasgow Investment Managers Limited
that, following a purchase on 17 February 2004 of 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Shares') on behalf of the Diageo Pension Trust Limited
('DPTL'), DPTL now holds 1,845,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.23% of
the Company's issued ordinary shares.
