Sections 198 to 202 Notification - Disclosure of interest in shares



The Company yesterday received notification pursuant to Sections 198 to 202 of
the Companies Act 1985, as amended by Section 134 of the Companies Act 1989,
that as a result of a purchase of 701,502 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('ordinary shares') on 19 May 2004 and a purchase of 944,275 ordinary
shares yesterday, Fidelity International Limited and its subsidiaries and
affiliates, are currently interested in 4,628,567 ordinary shares, representing
8.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
